Better is the poor that walketh in his uprightness, than he that is perverse in his ways, though he be rich.

Whoso walketh in integrity shall be saved; but he that is perverted in his double ways, shall fall in one of them.

Better is a little with righteousness, than great revenues without right.

Better is a poor man that walketh in his integrity, than he that is perverse in his lips, and is a fool.

Now there was a rich man and he was clothed in purple and fine linen, making good cheer in splendour every day.
