¹⁹ Jehovah by wisdom founded the earth; By understanding he established the heavens. ²⁰ By his knowledge the depths were broken up, And the skies drop down the dew. ²¹ My son, let them not depart from thine eyes; Keep sound wisdom and discretion:

Genesis 7:11

In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, on the seventeenth day of the month, on the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened.

Deuteronomy 33:28

And Israel dwelleth in safety, The fountain of Jacob alone, In a land of grain and new wine; Yea, his heavens drop down dew.

Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in Jehovah your God; for he giveth you the former rain in just measure, and he causeth to come down for you the rain, the former rain and the latter rain, in the first month .
