Proverbs 8:25

Before the mountains were settled, before the hills I was brought forth:

Before the mountains were born, before you gave birth to the earth and its inhabitants, you are God from everlasting to everlasting.

Are you the first man ever born? Were you created before the hills?

Where were you when I laid the earth's foundation? Tell me, if you understand.

You founded the earth of old. The heavens are the work of your hands.

And, You, Lord, in the beginning have laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of your hands. (Psalm 102:25)
