Psalm 116:18

My vows - to Yahweh, will I pay, Might it be in the presence of all his people; -

Of thee, is my praise in the great convocation, My vows, will I pay, before them who revere him.

Vow and pay, unto Yahweh your God, - Let, all who are round about him, bear along a gift unto him who is to be revered.

Better that thou shouldest not vow, - than vow, and not pay.
