Psalm 116:18

I will fulfill my vows to the LORD in the presence of all his people,

I will fulfill my vows to the LORD in the presence of all his people.

My praise in the great congregation is because of you; I will pay my vows before those who fear you.

Let everyone who surrounds the LORD your God make a vow and fulfill it to the Awesome One.

it's better that you don't promise than that you do promise and not follow through.
