Psalm 118:4

Let those now who fear LORD say that his loving kindness [is] forever.

Ye who fear LORD, praise him. All ye the seed of Jacob, glorify him, and stand in awe of him, all ye the seed of Israel.

And a voice came forth from the throne, saying, Praise ye our God, all his bondmen and those who fear him, the small and the great.
