Psalm 118:4

Let those who fear Jehovah now say that His mercy endures forever.

You who fear Jehovah, praise Him; all of you, the seed of Jacob, glorify Him; and fear Him all the seed of Israel.

And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all His servants, and the ones fearing Him, the small and great.
