I apply my heart to fulfill thy statutes always, even unto the end.

{He} Teach me, O LORD, the way of thy statutes, and I shall keep it unto the end.

Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to covetousness.

"Then put away," said he, "the strange gods which are among you, and bow your hearts unto the LORD God of Israel."

but that he bow our hearts unto him, to walk in all his ways, and to keep his commandments, ordinances and customs which he commanded our fathers.

Neverthelater, there are good things found in thee, in that thou hast put away groves out of the land, and hast prepared thine heart to seek God."

So shall I always keep thy law; yea, for ever and ever.

O let not mine heart be inclined to any evil thing, to be minded as the ungodly or wicked men; lest I eat of such things as please them.

For it is God which worketh in you both the will and also the deed, even of good will.

Wherefore, gird up the loins of your minds, be sober, and trust perfectly on the grace that is brought unto you by the declaring of Jesus Christ;

Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer. Behold, the devil shall cast of you into prison, to tempt you, and ye shall have tribulation ten days. Be faithful unto the death, and I will give thee a crown of life.
