Many are saying about me, "God will never deliver him!"

Like the shattering of my bones are the taunts of my oppressors, saying to me all day long, "Where is your God?"

For my enemies talk against me; those who seek to kill me plot together

I have become an object of derision to them they shake their heads whenever they see me.

and saying, "You who were going to destroy the sanctuary and rebuild it in three days save yourself! If you're the Son of God, come down from the cross!"

So take courage, men, because I trust God that it will turn out just as he told me.
