Psalm 119:93

I will never forget thy precepts; for by them thou hast quickened me.

I delight myself in thy statutes; I will not forget thy word.

This is my comfort in mine affliction; for thy word hath quickened me.

It is the Spirit which quickens, the flesh profits nothing: the words which I have spoken unto you are spirit and are life.

being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the living and abiding word of God.
