Psalm 123:4

And all the Athenians and the strangers living there spend their leisure in nothing else but telling or hearing something new.

And when Paul had said these words, Festus said with a loud voice, You are mad, Paul; much learning has driven you to madness.

being defamed we entreat; we are made like the offscouring of the world and the vilest of all things, even till now.
