Psalm 138:1

{A Psalm of David.} I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.

A psalm of Asaph.God has taken His place in the divine assembly;
He judges among the gods:

I will speak of Your decrees before kings
and not be ashamed.

“You must not blaspheme God or curse a leader among your people.

Jesus answered them, “Isn’t it written in your scripture, I said, you are gods?

“I did not know, brothers, that he was the high priest,” replied Paul. “For it is written, You must not speak evil of a ruler of your people.”

Are they not all ministering spirits sent out to serve those who are going to inherit salvation?

I will praise You, Lord, among the peoples;
I will sing praises to You among the nations.
