The LORD is my rock and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
Unto thee will I cry, O LORD my rock; be not silent unto me lest, if thou be silent unto me, I become like those that go down into the grave.
My mercy and my fortress; my high tower and my deliverer; my shield and he in whom I trust, who subdues my people under me.
God is my Strong One; in him will I trust: he is my shield and the horn of my saving health; my defence and my refuge; my saviour, who shall save me from violence.
Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.
Slay them not lest my people forget; scatter them by thy power and bring them down, O Lord our shield.
In God is my saving health and my glory; the rock of my strength and my refuge is in God.
And I will cut off all the horns of the wicked, but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.
I will say of the LORD, He is my hope and my fortress: my God; in him will I secure myself.
He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings thou shalt be secure: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous shall run into it, and be raised up.
And that man shall be as a hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest; as rivers of water in a dry place, as the shadow of a great rock in a hot land.
O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the time of the affliction; Gentiles shall come unto thee from the ends of the earth and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and things in which there is no profit.
