Wash

The one who has clean hands and a pure heart,
who has not set his mind on what is false,
and who has not sworn deceitfully.

Did I purify my heart
and wash my hands in innocence for nothing?

Aaron and his sons must wash their hands and feet from the basin.

“Wash yourselves. Cleanse yourselves.
Remove your evil deeds from My sight.
Stop doing evil.

He saved us—
not by works of righteousness that we had done,
but according to His mercy,
through the washing of regeneration
and renewal by the Holy Spirit.

Judah has acted treacherously, and a detestable thing has been done in Israel and in Jerusalem. For Judah has profaned the Lord’s sanctuary,

which He loves, and has married the daughter of a foreign god.

So if you are offering your gift on the altar, and there you remember that your brother has something against you,

So a man should examine himself; in this way he should eat the bread and drink from the cup.

Therefore, I want the men in every place to pray, lifting up holy hands without anger or argument.
