Psalm 30:8

To you, O Lord, I cried out; I begged the Lord for mercy:

This oppressed man cried out and the Lord heard; he saved him from all his troubles.

A song of ascents. From the deep water I cry out to you, O Lord.

For one person is given through the Spirit the message of wisdom, and another the message of knowledge according to the same Spirit,

Do not be anxious about anything. Instead, in every situation, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, tell your requests to God.
