Psalm 31:24

Simon, Simon, behold, Satan has desired you, to sift like wheat;

And again, Isaiah says, There shall be a root of Jesse and he shall stand up to rule nations, in him shall nations hope.

being strengthened with all power, according to his glorious power, for all patience and long suffering with joy;

Wherefore hold up the hands that hang down, and the feeble knees,

You have the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord, my brothers, as an example of patience and long-suffering.

who through him believed in God, who raised him from the dead and gave him glory, so that your faith and hope may be in God.
