Surely you set them on slippery places. You cause them to fall onto ruin.

They are exalted a little while, then {they are gone}. And they are brought low; they are cut off like all [others], and like [the] heads of grain they wither away.

For you have need of endurance, in order that [after you] have done the will of God, you may receive what was promised.

The boastful do not stand before your eyes. You hate all evildoers.
