Psalm 4:2

A Night Prayer

¹ To the Chief Musician, for stringed instruments. A Psalm of David. Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness; You gave room to me in trouble; have mercy on me, and hear my prayer. ² O sons of men, how long will you turn My glory into shame? Will you love vanity and seek after a lie? Selah. ³ But know that Jehovah has set apart the godly for Himself. Jehovah hears when I call to Him.

Psalm 3:3

But You, O Jehovah, are a shield for me; my glory, the One who lifts up my head.
