Psalm 41:8

They say, "Wickedness is entrenched in him. Once he is brought low, he will not rise again."

and say, "God has abandoned him. Run after him and seize him, because there's no deliverer."

So Satan left the LORD's presence and struck Job with terrible boils from the sole of his feet to the top of his head.

Many are saying about me, "God will never deliver him!"

My body is unhealthy due to your anger, and my bones have no rest due to my sin.

In the same way the high priests, along with the scribes and elders, were also making fun of him. They kept saying,

and said, "Sir, we remember how that impostor said while he was still alive, "I will be raised after three days.'

Shouldn't this woman, a descendant of Abraham whom Satan has kept bound for eighteen long years, be set free from this bondage on the Sabbath day?"
