He shall call the heavens from above, and the earth, that he may judge his people.

Hear O heaven, and hearken O earth, for the LORD hath spoken: I have nourished and brought up children, and they are fallen away from me.

Gather unto me all the elders of your tribes, and your officers, that I may speak these words in their ears and call heaven and earth to record against them.

Hearken, o ye heavens; I will speak. And let the earth hear the words of my mouth.

I call heaven and earth to record unto you this day, that ye shall shortly perish from off the land whither ye go over Jordan to possess it: Ye shall not prolong your days therein, but shall shortly be destroyed.

Hearken now what the LORD sayeth: Up, reprove the mountains, and let the hills hear thy voice.

Out of heaven he made thee hear his voice to nurture thee, and upon earth he showed thee his great fire, and thou heardest his words out of the fire.

I take heaven and earth this day to record over you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing. But choose life, that thou and thy seed may live;

And the heavens shall declare his righteousness, for God is judge himself. Selah.

before the LORD; for he is come to judge the earth. With righteousness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity.
