Come! Let us sing joyfully to the LORD! Let us shout for joy to the rock of our salvation.

"Come, let us return to the LORD; even though he has torn us, he will heal us. Even though he has wounded us, he will bind our wounds.

After fasting for 40 days and 40 nights, he finally became hungry.

The Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" Let everyone who hears this say, "Come!" Let everyone who is thirsty come! Let anyone who wants the water of life take it as a gift!

When Solomon had completed saying this entire prayer to the LORD, he got up from kneeling with his hands spread out toward heaven in the presence of the LORD's altar,

Solomon had a bronze platform constructed five cubits square and three cubits high. He had it erected in the middle of the courtyard, and stood on it. Then he knelt down on his knees in front of the entire congregation of Israel, spread out his hands toward heaven,

Acknowledge that the LORD is God. He made us and we belong to him; we are his people and the sheep of his pasture.

He never asks, "Where is God, my Creator, who gives me songs in the night,

So remember your Creator during your youth! Otherwise, troublesome days will come and years will creep up on you when you'll say, "I find no pleasure in them,"

For your Maker is your husband; the LORD of the Heavenly Armies is his name, and the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer; he is called the God of the whole earth.

Through him all things were made, and apart from him nothing was made that has been made.

So then, those who suffer according to God's will should entrust their souls to their faithful Creator and continue to do what is good.
