Write the things that you have seen and the things that are and the things that will be.

To the angel of the congregation of Ephesus write: The one who holds the seven stars in his right hand and walks among the seven golden lamp stands, says:

When the seven thunders spoke, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven say to me: Seal up those things that the seven thunders spoke. Do not write them.

Then I heard a voice from heaven say: Write: Blessed are the dead who die in union with the Lord from this time forward: Yes, says the Spirit, that they may rest from their labors; and their works follow them.

He said to me: Write: Blessed are they who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb. He said to me: These are the true sayings of God.

He who sat on the throne said: Behold, I make all things new. Then he told me to write: for these words are faithful and true.

Write this song for yourselves, and teach it to the sons of Israel. Put it on their lips, so that this song may be a witness for me against the sons of Israel.

Write this on a tablet for them, and inscribe it in a book so that it will be there in the future as a permanent witness.

This is what Jehovah the God of Israel says: Write in a book everything that I tell you.

Jehovah answered me: Write the vision. Record it on tablets that he who reads it may run.

John, to the seven congregations in Asia: May you have grace and peace from him who is, and who was, and who is to come; and from the seven Spirits who are before his throne;

To the angel of the congregation of Ephesus write: The one who holds the seven stars in his right hand and walks among the seven golden lamp stands, says:

To the angel of the congregation in Sardis write: He who has the seven Spirits of God and the seven stars says these things: 'I know your works, that you have a name that you are alive, and you are [really] dead.

Ephesus

They traveled to Ephesus where he left them. Paul entered the synagogue and reasoned with the Jews.

At Miletus he sent to Ephesus, and called the elders of the congregation to him.

If I have fought with beasts at Ephesus, what advantage was it to me if the dead do not rise? Let us eat and drink for tomorrow we die.

I will stay at Ephesus until Pentecost.

Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus through the will of God, to the holy ones who are at Ephesus and the faithful in Christ Jesus:

As I urged you to stay at Ephesus, when I was going into Macedonia, that you might command certain men not to teach strange doctrines.
