And there will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light; and they will reign for ever and ever.

For

having the glory of God, and its brilliance was like that of a very precious jewel, like a jasper, clear as crystal.

After this I saw another angel coming down from heaven, having great authority; and the earth was made bright with his splendor.
