I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
But I hold it against you that you do not love as you did at first.
and because of the increase of wickedness, most men's love will grow cold.
And it is my prayer that your love may grow richer and richer in knowledge and perfect insight,
