1 Corinthians 8:7
But it is not everyone that has this knowledge; for some, through being long accustomed to idols, still eat meat that has been sacrificed to them as really offered to an idol, and their consciences, being oversensitive, are troubled.
so that anyone who resists the authorities sets himself in opposition to what God has ordained, and those who oppose him will bring down judgment upon themselves.
1 Corinthians 11:29
For anyone who eats and drinks, eats and drinks a judgment upon himself if he does not recognize the body.
To the pure everything is pure, but to the evil-minded and unbelieving nothing is pure, but their very minds and consciences are unclean.
but without faith it is impossible to please him; for whoever would approach God must have faith in his existence and in his willingness to reward those who try to find him.
