I know that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock;

I urge you, brethren, to take note of those who cause divisions and difficulties, contrary to the doctrine which you have learned; avoid them.

And what I am doing, I will also continue to do, in order to cut the ground from under those who want an opportunity to be considered equal with us in the things of which they boast.

As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the cunning of men, by their craftiness in deceitful scheming.

and with all the deception of wickedness for those who are to perish, because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.

nor to devote themselves to myths and endless genealogies. These promote controversies rather than the divine trainingwhich is by faith.

If anyone teaches otherwise and does not agree with the sound words of our Lord Jesus Christ and the teaching which accords with godliness,

while evil men and impostors will go from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived.

and will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.

If anyone thinks himself to be religious, and yet does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this man's religion is worthless.

But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will also be false teachers among you, who will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing swift destruction upon themselves.

Little children, it is the last hour; and as you have heard that the Antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come; by this we know that it is the last hour.

Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.

But this you have, that you hate the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.

But some men came down from Judea and were teaching the brethren, "Unless you are circumcised according to the custom of Moses, you cannot be saved."

I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting him who called you by the grace of Christ and turning to a different gospel

But it was because of the false brethren secretly brought in, who had slipped in to spy out our freedom which we have in Christ Jesus, in order to bring us into bondage.

You foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you, before whose eyes Jesus Christ was publicly portrayed as crucified?

They seek you, but for no good purpose; they want to shut you out, so that you may seek them.

It was for freedom that Christ has set us free; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery.

Watch out for the dogs, watch out for the evil workers, watch out for those mutilators of the body.
