Bent

Then said I, 'What will these do?' He answered, and said, 'Those are the horns, which have so strawed Judah abroad, that no man durst lift up his head: But these are come to fray them away, and to cast out the horns of the Gentiles, which lift up their horn over the land of Judah, to scatter it abroad.'
My wrathful displeasure is moved at the shepherds, and I will visit the goats. For the LORD of Hosts will graciously visit his flock, the house of Judah, and hold them as a goodly fair horse in the battle.
"Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of surfeit, unto all the people that are round about her: Yea Judah himself also shall be in the siege against Jerusalem.
He shall stand fast, and give food in the strength of the LORD, and in the victory of the name of the LORD his God: and when they be converted, he shall be magnified unto the farthest parts of the world.
These shall fight with the lamb, and the lamb shall overcome them: For he is Lord of Lords, and King of Kings: and they that are on his side, are called, and chosen, and faithful."

And raised

high and low, rich and poor, one with another.
{Beth} The children of Zion that were always in honour, and clothed with the most precious gold: how are they now become like the earthen vessels which be made with the potter's hand?
I raised up prophets among your children, and abstainers among your young men. Is it not so, O ye children of Israel?' sayeth the LORD.
Thus they that escape upon the hill of Zion, shall go up to punish the mount of Esau, and the kingdom shall be the LORD's.

Against

but the goat is the king of Greek land: the great horn that stood betwixt his eyes, that is the principal king.
And such as break the covenant shall he flatter with fair words. But the people that will know their God, shall have the overhand and prosper.
The children also of Judah and Jerusalem have ye sold unto the Greeks, that ye might bring them the far from the borders of their own countries.
and the multitude of the Gentiles shall haste them thither, saying, "Come, let us go up to the hill of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob: that he may teach us his way, and that we may walk in his paths." For the law shall come out of Zion, and the word of God from Jerusalem;
And he said unto them, "Go ye into all the world, and preach the glad tidings to all creatures:
for this purpose: that I should be the minister of Jesus Christ among the gentiles, and should minister the glad tidings of God, that the gentiles might be an acceptable offering, sanctified by the holy ghost.
For when the world, through wisdom, knew not God in the wisdom of God: it pleased God through foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.
Nevertheless, though we walk compassed with the flesh, yet we war not fleshly.
I have fought a good fight, and have fulfilled my course, and have kept the faith.

Made

In that day shall the LORD defend the citizens of Jerusalem: so that the weakest then among them shall be as David: and the house of David shall be like as God's house, and as the Angel of the LORD before them.
It is God that girdeth me with strength of war, and maketh my way perfect. {TYNDALE: God is my strength in war, and riddeth the way clear before me.}
Gird thee with thy sword upon thy thigh, O thou Most Mighty, according to thy worship and renown.

and out of his mouth went out a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the heathen. And he shall rule them with a rod of iron, and he trod the wine-vat of fierceness and wrath of almighty God.
