wat·tiḵ·tōḇ
､ בַּסְּפָרִ֖ים
bas·sə·p̄ā·rîm
in the letters ､
､ לֵאמֹ֑ר
lê·mōr;
saying ､
קִֽרְאוּ־
qir·’ū-
､ צ֔וֹם
ṣō·wm,
a fast ､
וְהוֹשִׁ֥יבוּ
wə·hō·wō·šî·ḇū
and seat
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
נָב֖וֹת
nā·ḇō·wṯ
בְּרֹ֥אשׁ
bə·rōš
with high honor
– הָעָֽם׃
hā·‘ām.
