וַיְחַזֵּ֖ק
way·ḥaz·zêq
And he fortified
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
､ הַמְּצֻר֑וֹת
ham·mə·ṣu·rō·wṯ;
the strongholds ､
וַיִּתֵּ֤ן
way·yit·tên
and put
בָּהֶם֙
bā·hem
in them
נְגִידִ֔ים
nə·ḡî·ḏîm,
וְאֹצְר֥וֹת
wə·’ō·ṣə·rō·wṯ
and stores
､ מַאֲכָ֖ל
ma·’ă·ḵāl
of food ､
וְשֶׁ֥מֶן
wə·še·men
and oil
. וָיָֽיִן׃
wā·yā·yin.
and wine .
