､ וּדְבַ֣שׁ
ū·ḏə·ḇaš
And honey ､
､ וְחֶמְאָ֗ה
wə·ḥem·’āh,
and curds ､
､ וְצֹאן֙
wə·ṣōn
and sheep ､
וּשְׁפ֣וֹת
ū·šə·p̄ō·wṯ
and cheese
､ בָּקָ֔ר
bā·qār,
of the herd ､
הִגִּ֧ישׁוּ
hig·gî·šū
､ לְדָוִ֛ד
lə·ḏā·wiḏ
וְלָעָ֥ם
wə·lā·‘ām
and the people
אֲשֶׁר־
’ă·šer-
אִתּ֖וֹ
’it·tōw
with him
– לֶאֱכ֑וֹל
le·’ĕ·ḵō·wl;
to eat –
כִּ֣י
kî
､ אָמְר֔וּ
’ā·mə·rū,
הָעָ֗ם
hā·‘ām,
the people
､ רָעֵ֛ב
rā·‘êḇ
､ וְעָיֵ֥ף
wə·‘ā·yêp̄
and weary ､
､ וְצָמֵ֖א
wə·ṣā·mê
and thirsty ､
. בַּמִּדְבָּֽר׃
bam·miḏ·bār.
in the wilderness .
