But the man
יִגַּ֣ע
yig·ga‘
בָּהֶ֔ם
bā·hem,
יִמָּלֵ֥א
yim·mā·lê
בַרְזֶ֖ל
ḇar·zel
with iron
וְעֵ֣ץ
wə·‘êṣ
and the shaft
– חֲנִ֑ית
ḥă·nîṯ;
of a spear –
וּבָאֵ֕שׁ
ū·ḇā·’êš
and with fire
שָׂר֥וֹף
śā·rō·wp̄
יִשָּׂרְפ֖וּ
yiś·śā·rə·p̄ū
. בַּשָּֽׁבֶת׃
baš·šā·ḇeṯ.
in [their] place .
