､ וַיֹּאמַ֓ר ׀
way·yō·mar
And he said ､
יְהוָה֙

מִצִיּ֣וֹן‪‬‪‬
miṣ·ṣî·yō·wn
יִשְׁאָ֔ג
yiš·’āḡ,
וּמִירוּשָׁלִַ֖ם
ū·mî·rū·šā·lim
יִתֵּ֣ן
yit·tên
קוֹל֑וֹ
qō·w·lōw;
､ וְאָֽבְלוּ֙
wə·’ā·ḇə·lū
and mourn ､
נְא֣וֹת
nə·’ō·wṯ
the pastures of
הָרֹעִ֔ים
hā·rō·‘îm,
. וְיָבֵ֖שׁ
wə·yā·ḇêš
and withers .
רֹ֥אשׁ
rōš
. הַכַּרְמֶֽל׃
hak·kar·mel.
of the Carmel .

of Damascus ､
וְעַל־

､ אַרְבָּעָ֖ה

עַל־
‘al-
דּוּשָׁ֛ם

בַּחֲרֻצ֥וֹת

. הַגִּלְעָֽד׃

וְשִׁלַּ֥חְתִּי
wə·šil·laḥ·tî
But I will send
אֵ֖שׁ
’êš
בְּבֵ֣ית
bə·ḇêṯ
､ חֲזָאֵ֑ל
ḥă·zā·’êl;
of Hazael ､
וְאָכְלָ֖ה
wə·’ā·ḵə·lāh
אַרְמְנ֥וֹת
’ar·mə·nō·wṯ
בֶּן־
ben-
of
. הֲדָֽד׃
hă·ḏāḏ.

וְשָֽׁבַרְתִּי֙
wə·šā·ḇar·tî
And I will break
בְּרִ֣יחַ
bə·rî·aḥ
the [gate] bar
､ דַּמֶּ֔שֶׂק
dam·me·śeq,
of Damascus ､
וְהִכְרַתִּ֤י
wə·hiḵ·rat·tî
and cut off
יוֹשֵׁב֙
yō·wō·šêḇ
מִבִּקְעַת־
mib·biq·‘aṯ-
､ אָ֔וֶן
’ā·wen,
and the one who holds ､
וְתוֹמֵ֥ךְ
wə·ṯō·w·mêḵ
and the scepter
שֵׁ֖בֶט
šê·ḇeṭ
מִבֵּ֣ית
mib·bêṯ
עֶ֑דֶן
‘e·ḏen;
וְגָל֧וּ
wə·ḡā·lū
and shall go captive
עַם־
‘am-
the people
אֲרָ֛ם
’ă·rām
､ קִ֖ירָה
qî·rāh
to Kir ､
אָמַ֥ר
’ā·mar
. יְהוָֽה׃
Yah·weh.

עַל־
‘al-
הַגְלוֹתָ֛ם
haḡ·lō·w·ṯām
､ גָּל֥וּת

the captivity ､
שְׁלֵמָ֖ה

לְהַסְגִּ֥יר
lə·has·gîr
to deliver [them] up
– לֶאֱדֽוֹם׃
le·’ĕ·ḏō·wm.
to Edom –

וְשִׁלַּ֥חְתִּי
wə·šil·laḥ·tî
but I will send
אֵ֖שׁ
’êš
בְּחוֹמַ֣ת
bə·ḥō·w·maṯ
､ עַזָּ֑ה
‘az·zāh;
of Gaza ､
וְאָכְלָ֖ה
wə·’ā·ḵə·lāh
. אַרְמְנֹתֶֽיהָ׃
’ar·mə·nō·ṯe·hā.

וְהִכְרַתִּ֤י
wə·hiḵ·rat·tî
And I will cut off
יוֹשֵׁב֙
yō·wō·šêḇ
מֵֽאַשְׁדּ֔וֹד
mê·’aš·dō·wḏ,
וְתוֹמֵ֥ךְ
wə·ṯō·w·mêḵ
and the one who holds
שֵׁ֖בֶט
šê·ḇeṭ
מֵֽאַשְׁקְל֑וֹן
mê·’aš·qə·lō·wn;
וַהֲשִׁיב֨וֹתִי
wa·hă·šî·ḇō·w·ṯî
and I will turn
יָדִ֜י
yā·ḏî
My hand
עַל־
‘al-
､ עֶקְר֗וֹן
‘eq·rō·wn,
Ekron ､
､ וְאָֽבְדוּ֙
wə·’ā·ḇə·ḏū
and shall perish ､
שְׁאֵרִ֣ית
šə·’ê·rîṯ
פְּלִשְׁתִּ֔ים
pə·liš·tîm,
אָמַ֖ר
’ā·mar
אֲדֹנָ֥י

the Lord

But I will send

､ צֹ֑ר
ṣōr;
of Tyre ､
וְאָכְלָ֖ה
wə·’ā·ḵə·lāh
. אַרְמְנֹתֶֽיהָ׃
’ar·mə·nō·ṯe·hā.

and tore
､ לָעַד֙

אַפּ֔וֹ
’ap·pōw,
וְעֶבְרָת֖וֹ
wə·‘eḇ·rā·ṯōw
שְׁמָ֥רָה
šə·mā·rāh
he kept
. נֶֽצַח׃
ne·ṣaḥ.

וְשִׁלַּ֥חְתִּי
wə·šil·laḥ·tî
But I will send
אֵ֖שׁ
’êš
､ בְּתֵימָ֑ן
bə·ṯê·mān;
וְאָכְלָ֖ה
wə·’ā·ḵə·lāh
אַרְמְנ֥וֹת
’ar·mə·nō·wṯ
. בָּצְרָֽה׃
bāṣ·rāh
of Bozrah .

וְהִצַּ֤תִּי
wə·hiṣ·ṣat·tî
But I will kindle
אֵשׁ֙

בְּחוֹמַ֣ת
bə·ḥō·w·maṯ
in the wall
､ רַבָּ֔ה
rab·bāh,
of Rabbah ､
וְאָכְלָ֖ה
wə·’ā·ḵə·lāh
and it shall devour
אַרְמְנוֹתֶ֑יהָ
’ar·mə·nō·w·ṯe·hā;
בִּתְרוּעָה֙
biṯ·rū·‘āh
בְּי֣וֹם
bə·yō·wm
in the day
､ מִלְחָמָ֔ה
mil·ḥā·māh,
of battle ､
בְּסַ֖עַר
bə·sa·‘ar
and a tempest
בְּי֥וֹם
bə·yō·wm
in the day
. סוּפָֽה‪‬‪‬
sū·p̄āh.
of the whirlwind .

וְהָלַ֥ךְ
wə·hā·laḵ
And shall go
מַלְכָּ֖ם
mal·kām
､ בַּגּוֹלָ֑ה
bag·gō·w·lāh;
ה֧וּא
hū
He
וְשָׂרָ֛יו
wə·śā·rāw
､ יַחְדָּ֖ו
yaḥ·dāw
אָמַ֥ר
’ā·mar
. יְהוָֽה׃
