וְנִגְּשָׁ֨ה
wə·nig·gə·šāh
יְבִמְתּ֣וֹ
yə·ḇim·tōw
אֵלָיו֮
’ê·lāw
to him
לְעֵינֵ֣י
lə·‘ê·nê
in the presence
､ הַזְּקֵנִים֒
haz·zə·qê·nîm
of the elders ､
וְחָלְצָ֤ה
wə·ḥā·lə·ṣāh
and remove
נַעֲלוֹ֙
na·‘ă·lōw
מֵעַ֣ל
mê·‘al
､ רַגְל֔וֹ
raḡ·lōw,
his foot ､
וְיָרְקָ֖ה
wə·yā·rə·qāh
and spit
､ בְּפָנָ֑יו
bə·p̄ā·nāw;
in his face ､
וְעָֽנְתָה֙
wə·‘ā·nə·ṯāh
and answer
､ וְאָ֣מְרָ֔ה
wə·’ā·mə·rāh,
and say ､
כָּ֚כָה
kā·ḵāh
so
יֵעָשֶׂ֣ה
yê·‘ā·śeh
shall it be done
לָאִ֔ישׁ
lā·’îš,
to the man
אֲשֶׁ֥ר
’ă·šer
לֹא־
lō-
not
יִבְנֶ֖ה
yiḇ·neh
will build up
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
בֵּ֥ית
bêṯ
. אָחִֽיו‪‬‪‬
’ā·ḥîw.
