אֲשֶׁר֩
’ă·šer
נָתַ֨ן
nā·ṯan
הַמֶּ֜לֶךְ
ham·me·leḵ
the king
לַיְּהוּדִ֣ים ׀
lay·yə·hū·ḏîm
the Jews
אֲשֶׁ֣ר
’ă·šer
בְּכָל־
bə·ḵāl
[were] in every
עִיר־
‘îr-
וָעִ֗יר
wā·‘îr,
and city
､ לְהִקָּהֵל֮
lə·hiq·qā·hêl
וְלַעֲמֹ֣ד
wə·la·‘ă·mōḏ
עַל־
‘al-
､ נַפְשָׁם֒
nap̄·šām
､ לְהַשְׁמִיד֩
lə·haš·mîḏ
to destroy ､
､ וְלַהֲרֹ֨ג
wə·la·hă·rōḡ
and kill ､
､ וּלְאַבֵּ֜ד
ū·lə·’ab·bêḏ
and annihilate ､
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
כָּל־
kāl-
חֵ֨יל
ḥêl
the forces
עַ֧ם
‘am
וּמְדִינָ֛ה
ū·mə·ḏî·nāh
הַצָּרִ֥ים
haṣ·ṣā·rîm
אֹתָ֖ם
’ō·ṯām
טַ֣ף
ṭap̄
､ וְנָשִׁ֑ים
wə·nā·šîm;
and women ､
וּשְׁלָלָ֖ם
ū·šə·lā·lām
and to plunder
､ לָבֽוֹז׃
lā·ḇō·wz.
