שְׁלַ֣ח
šə·laḥ
מַלְכָּ֗א
mal·kā,
king the
עַל־
‘al-
to
רְח֤וּם
rə·ḥūm
בְּעֵל־
bə·‘êl-
､ טְעֵם֙
ṭə·‘êm
the commander ､
וְשִׁמְשַׁ֣י
wə·šim·šay
and [to] Shimshai
､ סָֽפְרָ֔א
sā·p̄ə·rā,
scribe the ､
וּשְׁאָר֙
ū·šə·’ār
and [to] the rest
כְּנָוָ֣תְה֔וֹן
kə·nā·wā·ṯə·hō·wn,
דִּ֥י
dî
יָתְבִ֖ין
yā·ṯə·ḇîn
､ בְּשָֽׁמְרָ֑יִן
bə·šā·mə·rā·yin;
in Samaria ､
וּשְׁאָ֧ר
ū·šə·’ār
and [to] the remainder
עֲבַֽר־
‘ă·ḇar-
､ נַהֲרָ֛ה
na·hă·rāh
River the ､
､ שְׁלָ֖ם
šə·lām
Peace ､
. וּכְעֶֽת׃
