וַיִּשְׁמַ֣ע
way·yiš·ma‘
But heard [it]
רְאוּבֵ֔ן
rə·’ū·ḇên,
וַיַּצִּלֵ֖הוּ
way·yaṣ·ṣi·lê·hū
and he delivered him
､ מִיָּדָ֑ם
mî·yā·ḏām;
out of their hands ､
､ וַיֹּ֕אמֶר
way·yō·mer
and said ､
לֹ֥א
lō
not
נַכֶּ֖נּוּ
nak·ken·nū
. נָֽפֶשׁ׃
nā·p̄eš.
