וַיַּֽעֲשׂוּ־
way·ya·‘ă·śū-
And did
כֵן֙
ḵên
so
בְּנֵ֣י
bə·nê
the sons
– יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל
yiś·rā·’êl,
of Israel –
וַיִּתֵּ֨ן
way·yit·tên
and gave
לָהֶ֥ם
lā·hem
יוֹסֵ֛ף
yō·w·sêp̄
､ עֲגָל֖וֹת
‘ă·ḡā·lō·wṯ
carts ､
עַל־
‘al-
פִּ֣י
pî
､ פַרְעֹ֑ה
p̄ar·‘ōh;
of Pharaoh ､
וַיִּתֵּ֥ן
way·yit·tên
and he gave
לָהֶ֛ם
lā·hem
צֵדָ֖ה
ṣê·ḏāh
. לַדָּֽרֶךְ׃
lad·dā·reḵ.
for the journey .
