וְאַ֨ךְ
wə·’aḵ
And surely
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
דִּמְכֶ֤ם
dim·ḵem
the blood
לְנַפְשֹֽׁתֵיכֶם֙
lə·nap̄·šō·ṯê·ḵem
– אֶדְרֹ֔שׁ
’eḏ·rōš,
will I require [an accounting] –
מִיַּ֥ד
mî·yaḏ
כָּל־
kāl-
חַיָּ֖ה
ḥay·yāh
､ אֶדְרְשֶׁ֑נּוּ
’eḏ·rə·šen·nū;
I will require it ､
וּמִיַּ֣ד
ū·mî·yaḏ
and from the hand
. הָֽאָדָ֗ם
hā·’ā·ḏām,
of man .
מִיַּד֙
mî·yaḏ
אִ֣ישׁ
’îš
､ אָחִ֔יו
’ā·ḥîw,
אֶדְרֹ֖שׁ
’eḏ·rōš
I will require
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
נֶ֥פֶשׁ
ne·p̄eš
the life
. הָֽאָדָֽם׃
hā·’ā·ḏām.
of man .
