אֱלֹהִים֙
’ĕ·lō·hîm
אֶל־
’el-
to
､ נֹ֔חַ
nō·aḥ,
Noah ､
וְאֶל־
wə·’el-
and to
בָּנָ֥יו
bā·nāw
､ אִתּ֖וֹ
’it·tōw
with him ､
､ לֵאמֹֽר׃
lê·mōr.
saying ､
