and tell

הִנְנִ֨י

will give

הָעִ֤יר

הַזֹּאת֙

בְּיַ֣ד

מֶֽלֶךְ־

of the king

､ בָּבֶ֔ל

bā·ḇel,

of Babylon ､

וּשְׂרָפָ֖הּ

and he shall burn it

. בָּאֵֽשׁ׃

with fire .

וְאַתָּ֗ה

wə·’at·tāh,

And you

תִמָּלֵט֙

､ מִיָּד֔וֹ

from his hand ､

כִּ֚י

but

תָּפֹ֣שׂ

､ תִּתָּפֵ֔שׂ

shall be taken ､

– וּבְיָד֖וֹ

and into his hand –

תִּנָּתֵ֑ן

tin·nā·ṯên;

וְֽ֠עֵינֶיךָ

wə·‘ê·ne·ḵā

the eyes

מֶֽלֶךְ־

of the king

､ בָּבֶ֜ל

of Babylon ､

תִּרְאֶ֗ינָה

וּפִ֛יהוּ

and face

he shall speak with you

הַמְּלָכִ֨ים

הָרִֽאשֹׁנִ֜ים

אֲשֶׁר־

הָי֣וּ

לְפָנֶ֗יךָ

the eunuchs ､

､ וְהַכֹּ֣הֲנִ֔ים

and the priests ､

וְכֹ֖ל

wə·ḵōl

and all

עַ֣ם

‘am

､ הָאָ֑רֶץ

hā·’ā·reṣ;

of the land ､

הָעֹ֣בְרִ֔ים

hā·‘ō·ḇə·rîm,

בֵּ֖ין

– הָעֵֽגֶל׃

of the calf –

וְנָתַתִּ֤י

and I will give

בְּיַ֣ד

､ אֹֽיְבֵיהֶ֔ם

’ō·yə·ḇê·hem,

of their enemies ､

וּבְיַ֖ד

ū·ḇə·yaḏ

and into the hand

מְבַקְשֵׁ֣י

mə·ḇaq·šê

of those who seek

. נַפְשָׁ֑ם

nap̄·šām;

וְהָיְתָ֤ה

wə·hā·yə·ṯāh

And shall be

נִבְלָתָם֙

niḇ·lā·ṯām

their dead bodies

לְמַֽאֲכָ֔ל

lə·ma·’ă·ḵāl,

לְע֥וֹף

lə·‘ō·wp̄

､ הַשָּׁמַ֖יִם

haš·šā·ma·yim

of the heaven ､

וּלְבֶהֱמַ֥ת

ū·lə·ḇe·hĕ·maṯ

and the beasts

. הָאָֽרֶץ׃

hā·’ā·reṣ.

of the earth .

וְאֶת־

wə·’eṯ-

And

צִדְקִיָּ֨הוּ

ṣiḏ·qî·yā·hū

מֶֽלֶךְ־

me·leḵ-

יְהוּדָ֜ה

וְאֶת־

and

שָׂרָ֗יו

śā·rāw,

I will give

of their enemies ､

and into the hand

of those who seek

and into the hand

､ חֵ֚יל

ḥêl

of army ､

מֶ֣לֶךְ

me·leḵ

the king

בָּבֶ֔ל

bā·ḇel,

הָעֹלִ֖ים

hā·‘ō·lîm

which has gone back

. מֵעֲלֵיכֶֽם׃

mê·‘ă·lê·ḵem.

הִנְנִ֨י

hin·nî

､ מְצַוֶּ֜ה

mə·ṣaw·weh

will command ､

נְאֻם־

nə·’um-

､ יְהוָ֗ה

Yah·weh

וַהֲשִׁ֨בֹתִ֜ים

wa·hă·ši·ḇō·ṯîm

and cause them to return

אֶל־

’el-

to

– הָעִ֤יר

hā·‘îr

city –

הַזֹּאת֙

haz·zōṯ

וְנִלְחֲמ֣וּ

wə·nil·ḥă·mū

and they will fight

עָלֶ֔יהָ

‘ā·le·hā,

וּלְכָד֖וּהָ

ū·lə·ḵā·ḏū·hā

and take it

וּשְׂרָפֻ֣הָ

ū·śə·rā·p̄u·hā

and burn it

– בָאֵ֑שׁ

ḇā·’êš;

with fire –

וְאֶת־

wə·’eṯ-

and

עָרֵ֧י

‘ā·rê

יְהוּדָ֛ה

yə·hū·ḏāh

אֶתֵּ֥ן

’et·tên

I will make

שְׁמָמָ֖ה

šə·mā·māh

מֵאֵ֥ין

mê·’ên

. יֹשֵֽׁב׃

yō·šêḇ.
