הִפְגִּ֣עוּ
hip̄·gi·‘ū
בַמֶּ֔לֶךְ
ḇam·me·leḵ,
the king
לְבִלְתִּ֥י
lə·ḇil·tî
to not
שְׂרֹ֖ף
śə·rōp̄
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
､ הַמְּגִלָּ֑ה
ham·mə·ḡil·lāh;
the scroll ､
וְלֹ֥א
wə·lō
but not
שָׁמַ֖ע
šā·ma‘
. אֲלֵיהֶֽם׃
’ă·lê·hem.
to them .
