וּלְהַפִּ֣יל
ū·lə·hap·pîl
and to overthrow
זַ֭רְעָם
zar·‘ām
､ בַּגּוֹיִ֑ם
bag·gō·w·yim;
among the nations ､
וּ֝לְזָרוֹתָ֗ם
ū·lə·zā·rō·w·ṯām,
and to scatter them
. בָּאֲרָצֽוֹת׃
bā·’ă·rā·ṣō·wṯ.
in the lands .
