כִּ֤י
kî
ה֣וּא
hū
He
､ אָמַ֣ר
’ā·mar
spoke ､
וַיֶּ֑הִי
way·ye·hî;
and it was [done]
הֽוּא־
hū-
He
､ צִ֝וָּ֗ה
ṣiw·wāh,
. וַֽיַּעֲמֹֽד׃
way·ya·‘ă·mōḏ.
and it stood fast .
