יַ֭צִּיל
yaṣ·ṣîl
He will deliver
אֶבְי֣וֹן
’eḇ·yō·wn
the needy
– מְשַׁוֵּ֑עַ
mə·šaw·wê·a‘;
when he cries –
וְ֝עָנִ֗י
wə·‘ā·nî,
and the poor
וְֽאֵין־
wə·’ên-
and no
עֹזֵ֥ר
‘ō·zêr
