'As a Fool' in the Bible

You did not even let me give a kiss to my sons and my daughters. This was a foolish thing to do.

What I am now saying, I do not say by the Lord's command, but as a fool in his folly might, in this reckless boasting.

To my shame, I must say that we were too weak for that! But whatever anyone else dares to boast aboutI am speaking as a foolI also dare to boast about.

Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as a fool) I am more; in labours more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequent, in deaths oft.
