'Foundation of the Earth' in the Bible

Of old You have laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the work of Your hands.

My hand also has laid the foundation of the earth, and My right hand has stretched out the heavens. I called; they stood up together.

The burden of the Word of Jehovah for Israel, says Jehovah, who stretches forth the heavens, and lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him.

And, "You, Lord, have laid the foundation of the earth in the beginning, and the heavens are the works of Your hands.
