Revelation 9:13-21 - A Third Of Humanity Killed By Plagues

¹³ then the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar, which is before God, ¹⁴ saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, "loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates." ¹⁵ and the four angels were loosed, who were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, to slay the third part of men. ¹⁶ and the number of the horse of that army were two hundred millions: for I heard them number'd. ¹⁷ the horses I saw in my vision had this appearance: the riders had breast-plates of fire, of jacinth, and brimstone: the heads of the horses were like the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire, smoke, and brimstone. ¹⁸ by these three the third part of men were killed, by the fire, by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths. ¹⁹ for the power of these horses is in their mouths, and in their tails: for their tails were like serpents, and had heads, with which they do mischief.

²⁰ As for the rest of the men who were not killed by these plagues, they did not repent of their evil actions, so as to forbear worshipping demons, and idols of gold and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which can neither see, nor hear, nor walk: ²¹ nor did they repent of their murders, of their poisoning, of their brutality, nor of their robberys.
