Acts 9:32-35 - Aeneas Healed

³² Then after that, Peter traveled throughout the entire region until he came down to visit God's holy people who lived in Lydda. [Note: This was a town on the west coast of Palestine]. ³³ And there he found a certain man named Aeneas who had been [confined to his] bed, paralyzed for eight years. ³⁴ Peter said to him, "Aeneas, Jesus Christ is healing you, so get up and make your bed." And immediately he got up [out of his bed, completely healed]. ³⁵ When everyone who lived in Lydda and Sharon saw him [i.e., that the man was healed], they turned [their lives over] to the Lord.
