Romans 15:4-13 - God Gives Us Unity

Whatsoever things are written aforetime, are written for our learning: that we, through patience and comfort of the scripture, might have hope. 5 The God of patience and consolation give unto every one of you, that ye be like likeminded one towards another after the example of Jesus Christ: 6 that ye, all agreeing together, may with one mouth praise God the father of our Lord Jesus.

Wherefore receive ye one another as Christ received us, to the praise of God. 8 And I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers. 9 And let the gentiles praise God for his mercy. As it is written, "For this cause I will praise thee among the gentiles, and sing in thy name."

And again he saith, "Ye gentiles rejoice with his people." 11 And again, "Praise the Lord all ye gentiles, and laud him all nations."

And in another place Isaiah saith, "There shall be the root of Jesse, and he that shall rise to reign over the gentiles: in him shall the gentiles trust."

The God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may be rich in hope through the power of the holy ghost.
