Acts 12:20-25 - Herod's Gruesome Death

20 And he was highly incensed against them of Tyre and Sidon: but they came with one accord to him, and having gained Blastus, the king's chamberlain, sued for peace; because their country was nourished by the king's country. 21 And on a set day, Herod arrayed in royal apparel, and sitting on his throne, made an oration to them. 22 And the people shouted, It is the voice of God, and not of a man. 23 And immediately an angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory; and being eaten by worms, he expired. 24 But the word of God grew and multiplied. 25 And Barnabas and Saul, having fulfilled their service, returned from Jerusalem, taking with them John, surnamed Mark.
